- 2 cups cauliflower florets chopped
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1 lg carrot shredded
- 4 tbsp veganaisse or your mayonnaise of choice
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- dash Salt
- 1/2 pinch Pepper
- 1/2 cup Tex-Mex seasoned hemp seeds
- Put vegetables in a salad bowl
- In another small bowl, mix veganaisse, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Pour sauce over veggies.
- Stir in seeds.
